You can find some nice food in the Whitening Restaurant on Koh Tao. Sit on the beach and enjoy that nice bottle of wine with some fresh seafood. The food here is great but the staff needs to learn a bit better how to serve customers.

Hi Thomas,
Service and Thai Staff are not necessary two words that go well together, although there are exceptions but they're mainly in high(er) end restaurants.
Although I like the Whitening, it's not my fave on KT.
